Next Meeting

The next society meeting will be held in the Cross Inn, Staplecross on Friday 2nd March at 8:00PM. The society is always on the lookout for new members. Everyone is welcome at the meetings - why not come along and find out more about what we do?

The society organises many fundraising events throughout the year.

Summer BBQ / Band Evening Saturday 30th June The Cross Inn, Staplecross BBQ offered by Bonfire Society - celebrate the long light evenings in the heart of the village and catch up with friends and family. The fun starts at 7:00 PM and food will be served from 7:00 until 8:30, when the band will begin. Tickets available now at £9 Adult / £4.50 Child; book early to avoid disappointment. 2012 BONFIRE NIGHT Saturday 27th October 2012. Fancy dress starts 5:30 and procession sets off 7:15 sharp. Staplecross Fancy dress competition before in village hall. Volunteers always needed to help act as marshals for the procession, to rattle a collecting tin, man a road closure, or help direct the traffic.
